▲Accuracy: Adopt a SIEMENS dual system servo conveyor; enable spraying position to be precisely accurate;
waste control, able to avoid releasing oil spraying on the surface of the mold; the system supports saving 4 to 8 groups of mold parameters for thorough automatic operation. Just one click, then switch to spraying mode.
▲Filter & Pressure Regulator: Equipped with a German FESTO air filter and pressure-reducing valve, which could control the atomization and opening pressure automatically to ensure the spraying effect. Regarding the mold with size 800*800, the spraying speed could reach 3 to 4 seconds per pan, improving the production efficiency.
▲Specialized Sprayer Gun: Use the Haidi Tiantu SEADROPS specialized stainless sprayer gun, which adopts multi-stage airflow with ultra-high atomization ability. The atomization diameter ranges between 3cm and 12cm, ensuring a demolding effect. It is suitable for spraying high-viscosity release oil, able to save 15% of oil, improve the utilization rate, and accurately control cost.
▲Spray gun design: Adopting a single or double-row spray gun design completely solves the problem of instability caused by manually adjusting the spray gun position, which improves production efficiency and stability.
